Privacy Policy

1. Introduction
Revive Leads ("Revive Leads", "we", "us", or "our") provides an AI-powered lead response platform that helps local businesses respond to inbound inquiries by email, SMS, and chat. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to subscribers (the businesses who use our service) and to leads whose contact information is processed through the platform on a subscriber's behalf.
By using Revive Leads, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
- Business profile data. Business name, industry, services, hours of operation, timezone, website, booking link, brand tone, and similar settings you provide during onboarding or in Settings.
- Lead contact information. Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and any other contact details a lead submits to a subscriber or that a subscriber routes into the platform.
- Email and SMS conversation content. The full text of inbound messages from leads and outbound replies generated, drafted, or approved through Revive Leads.
- Billing information. Subscription plan, billing status, and limited card metadata processed through our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems.
- Usage and device data. Log files, IP addresses, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps, and basic performance data used to operate, secure, and improve the service.
3. How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Generate AI replies and reply drafts on behalf of subscribing businesses.
- Route, score, and organize leads inside the subscriber's dashboard.
- Measure response times, conversion, and other operational metrics.
- Operate, secure, monitor, and improve the service.
- Process subscriptions, invoices, and billing communications.
- Provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- Comply with applicable laws and enforce our Terms of Service.
4. SMS messaging disclosure
How consent works for messages sent through Revive Leads directly. A lead's own inbound text message to a subscribing business's phone number is the action that creates the messaging relationship for SMS sent automatically through the Revive Leads platform. Revive Leads does not initiate the first SMS message in any conversation, and a phone number is only used as a destination for automated SMS sent by Revive Leads when that number has been used to text a subscribing business directly.
Other ways a business may contact a lead. Revive Leads also makes lead contact information — including phone numbers provided through other channels, such as an optional field in a website chat widget — available to the subscribing business directly and, where the business has connected one, within a connected third-party customer relationship management (CRM) platform such as GoHighLevel. A subscribing business may choose to contact a lead by phone or SMS directly, including through such a connected CRM, using contact information the lead provided through any channel. Subscribing businesses are solely responsible for ensuring they have the consent required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable law before contacting a lead this way; Revive Leads does not control or monitor messages a business sends through its own connected tools.
What happens next (Revive Leads' own automated messages). Once a lead has texted a subscribing business's number, Revive Leads' AI system may generate and send a reply on that business's behalf, continuing the conversation the lead initiated. Message frequency varies depending on how many messages the lead and the AI system exchange — typically a small number of messages per inquiry, not a recurring or scheduled campaign. Message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan.
How to stop messages. Reply STOP at any time to a conversation to opt out of further automated messages from that business through the Revive Leads platform. Reply HELP for help. Opt-out requests are processed automatically and are honored immediately. Stopping messages sent through Revive Leads does not affect any separate messages a business may send through its own connected tools, such as a connected CRM — contact the business directly to opt out of those.
Subscriber responsibilities. Subscribing businesses are responsible for ensuring their own use of the platform, and any connected tools, comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and other applicable law.
5. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate the platform, and only as necessary to deliver the service:
- OpenAI — generating AI replies and suggested responses.
- Twilio — sending and receiving SMS messages.
- Stripe — processing subscription payments and billing.
- Supabase — secure database hosting and storage of platform data.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, to protect our rights, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or part of our business.
6. Data retention and deletion
We retain business profile, lead, and conversation data for as long as a subscriber's account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward to support legal, accounting, reporting, and dispute-resolution obligations. Subscribers may request deletion of their data at any time by contacting support; we will delete or anonymize the data within a commercially reasonable timeframe, except where retention is required by law.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. 8. Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and operate core platform features. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies; doing so may affect your ability to use parts of the service.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email.
